Pricing and Professional Service Rates
Terms and Conditions - Legal Notice:
All orders for service of process are for up to three (3) attempts per address, subject, and per action. Additional attempts beyond three (3) are subject to additional fees. Affidavits are included with each order. Photographic evidence is an additional service, and is subject to an additional fee of $25.00. No cancellation shall be permitted once an order is placed. Data entry constitutes the rendering of services. Printing fees are applicable for all orders. If required to print at or in excess of forty (40) pages of documentation for service of process purposes, a printing service fee of ten (10) cents shall apply for each page printed. For example, printing of 50 pages would result in a printing fee of five (5) dollars, at ten cents (.10) per page. For courier services, there is a fee of ten cents (.10) per page, starting at page one, and prepetuating until the final page is printed, and the forty page waiver is only for service of process, and therefore does not apply for courier services. Yakima Process Servers will serve legal process pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, the applicable Civil Rules of Procedure, and the local rules of the county in which service of process is requested to be effected. Yakima Process Servers cannot and does not guarantee the outcome of any legal action, proceeding, or effort to effect civil service of process, or other services that we offer. All orders are subject to be declined and/or cancelled at the discretion of Yakima Process Servers. No refunds shall be made. Payments must be submitted prior to an order being processed, unless otherwise agreed to by Yakima Process Servers. Invoicing is available for local businesses, law firms, and for government agencies. We're able to respond promptly to all orders and facilitate service in most areas, in short order. Please inform us of any safety risks that may be applicable, for instance, if the subject of your serve is known to be involved in criminal activities, is known to be a violent person, and/or if they possess weapons. Emergency / Expedited Process Services
The following rates are applicable when service of process must be attempted / accomplished within 72 hours. Emergency/Expedited services are frequently requested when the service documentation is a Restraining Order, Protection Order, Injunction, Order to Show Cause, a last minute counter claim or motion, subpoena, and often times, same day service is requested for service of a bank levy (Writ of Garnishment to a Bank or Financial Institution), or a Writ of Garnishment on Earnings. Please remember that printing fees apply for all orders. Additionally, if you are faced with a a situation where the statute of limitations is about to expire, expedited filing and service may just be the best manner of proceeding. If you have any questions regarding expedited services, please feel free to contact us at anytime. We offer occasional services for the local area, and regular services at a monthly service rate. We offer the lowest rates available for local and regional courier services, and with only a nominal fee of ten cents (.10) per page printed. Our services include pick up and delivery in Kittitas County, Yakima County, Klickitat County, and Benton County, Washington. Record Research and Retrieval Services (Record Retrieval Services)
Yakima Process Servers provides professional document research and retrieval services in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Kittitas County, Klickitat County, Benton County, and can facilitate record research services in the Tri-Cities area, including Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, Washington State. Prices depicted below do not include fees assessed by the respective agency or court that we will obtain the records from, for instance, copy fees, certified copies, etc. Additionally, in addition to the fees depicted below, our hourly rate of $55.00 per hour applies on all order, if the time require to obtain your records surpasses fifteen (15) minutes. Our hourly rate is billed in thirty (30) minute increments. For example, if it takes 18 minutes to complete your order while at the Clerk's Office, the billable amount would be $27.50. However, if we are able to facilitate your order within the first ten (10) minutes of arrival, our hourly rate will not apply.
